Friends, family, and community partners!
You may have noticed a pattern in our work: celebrating, uplifting, and honoring those around us. Our mission is to develop and grow the Black community through generational leadership, partnering with and supporting Black-owned, run, and operated businesses and nonprofits, and strengthening Black families.
As we recognize Black Business Month, we have a vital opportunity to highlight the significant economic impact Black-owned businesses have on our national economy. At the same time, we must acknowledge that disparities still exist—access to capital, education, and training remains unequally distributed. Supporting Black- and minority-owned businesses directly helps bridge these economic gaps.
We also want to celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit that guides us. We have identified over 100 Black-owned or operated businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals who strive not only to forge a better path for themselves, but to uplift our entire community.
As a nonprofit, our business is community. Our services are dedicated to our families, our local businesses, and our children as we work to build a cohesive, united space where everyone feels celebrated.
1 Corinthians 12:25–26
“…so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.”
