Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Non-Profit Management, Social Services/Psychology, or a related field, preferred.
- Proven experience to design and implement processes for effective data collection, tracking, and reporting.
- Proven experience in program coordination, education initiatives, or community engagement.
- Proven experience in delivering training to project partners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse groups.
- Flexible availability to work during school hours, evenings, or weekends as needed to meet with partners and oversee program implementation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Work Environment
The Program Director will work as an independent contractor. This person should be a local resident who lives within Marion and Polk County. Regular check-ins will be required to measure project outcomes. They must provide their own equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.
